When my parents told me that I would appreciate having a sibling, I could not understand. We had to share television controller and computer time, which sucked. I envied my classmates who are the only child in family.
The younger I would never had imagined, to this day, how I want to simply play a game or watch TV with my brother. He is one of them who know me well, and unfortunately there aren't more people of the same understanding than I would like.
They say living alone shortens lifespan, and living with family members lengthens it. I do not quite doubt it.
