Proper Sleep
I have a relatively stable sleep cycle, although I do not fall asleep as easy as I would like, and I reliably sleep through the alarm clocks I set everyday.
A bad habit I have is wasting time before and after sleep. I like to read things before sleep, but this also gives me much more material to ponder, often cluttering my mind and making it harder for me to fall asleep.
I also like to read news sites in bed, right after I wake up in the (late) morning, thus delaying breakfast and subsequent schedules. The fact that I waste more than one sixteenth of my day in bed makes me feel bad.
Procrastination does not go away with more utilizable time. Still, I would like to leave meaningful things behind, rather than blank pages on journal.
