Training

Weight training gives me self-affirmation, which I really lack right now.

By increasing the reps I can objectively see my ability grow, in numbers. I don't worry about how I do it, I just set the next goal and (struggle to) accomplish it. It is such a simple process that makes me feel good.

That I can just focus on the subject, without thinking about it, makes it a lot easier for me to accomplish things. Other intellectual activities have too high mental barrier of entry that I cannot cross.

I wish things were easier, but I guess that the complexity makes life interesting in a way.
