Brain Muscle Memory
Some activities can be “automated” using muscle memory, to the point of taking almost no conscious effort or focus to perform.
It is probably very good to expand this ability, to encompass more complicated and intellectual tasks. I suspect that successful people have the mindset that results in this automation, and are able to produce work constantly and consistently without crushing mental burden.
My morale is very fragile. Either I really have a lower breaking point, or I tend to overestimate the stress that others are enduring.
Automating a tulpa could be a way to train my mental endurance and focus, though this is likely one of the worst cause for tulpamancy.
