Addictive Games

I have a rather addictive personality. While there are games that make me play for tens of hours without stopping, there are also a genre of games which actively utilizes psychology to induce addiction.

These games train the players by setting timers and rewards, in order to create the habit for players to keep checking the game's status. The game itself can have very simple mechanics and little content, but once the player is trained to integrate the game into their daily schedule, the mental cost for stopping to play becomes extremely high.

I am trying another game (which is the worst thing I can do now) in the genre. So far I enjoy the game's graphics and mechanics, but I sure do not want it to control and consume much of my time.
