Keeping in Touch

No matter how I feel, there is a need for me to keep in touch with friends and peers. I am particularly bad, or not used to, reaching out and contacting others, so I must force myself into the habit.

Besides not ignoring messages and reply promptly, I should also text someone whenever they come in mind. A photo or short clip to share, or some funny things happening around, should be good conversation starters.

I should also try doing these more systematic, perhaps by listing the analysis of friends in a spreadsheet. Their needs, wants, last seen date, whereabouts and ongoing projects should help communication with them.
